One of the key requirements of Renaissance in the Regions is to record its effectiveness in delivering the programme For the South West, I devised a simple visual case study template, incorporating existing brand guidelines, aimed at an audience not familiar with the detail of the programme. A Microsoft Word template was distributed to Hubs in the region requiring practitioners and the museum community to complete a short description of the project, together with several photographs and an appropriate quote. These were then translated into the visual templates under six separate categories, eventually producing a substantial archive of achievements for the programme.
